The Willow Ritual is the signature experience at Willow & Stone Wellness—a luxurious treatment created to help you slow down, reconnect with yourself and leave feeling deeply relaxed. Life can often feel busy, demanding and overwhelming, leaving little time to pause and truly unwind. The Willow Ritual has been thoughtfully designed to offer you a peaceful escape from the outside world, where your wellbeing becomes the priority. Your experience begins with a warm welcome and a personalised consultation before you're invited to settle comfortably onto the treatment couch. A soothing guided meditation helps quiet a busy mind, encouraging your body to let go of the day's stresses and gently transition into a state of deep relaxation. The treatment combines slow, flowing massage techniques focusing on the areas where we most commonly hold tension—the back, neck, shoulders, arms, hands and scalp. Throughout your treatment, warm eye pillows, comforting towels and mindful touch create a calming experience designed to soothe both body and mind. Every element of The Willow Ritual has been carefully chosen to encourage your nervous system to slow down, helping you move from a place of constant doing to simply being. Your ritual concludes with a gentle grounding practice and a calming herbal tea, giving you time to return to the present moment before continuing with your day feeling lighter, calmer and beautifully restored.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy At Willow & Stone Wellness, all appointments are paid for in full at the time of booking to secure your chosen date and time. As each appointment is reserved exclusively for you, I kindly ask that you provide as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule. Rescheduling Appointments can be rescheduled free of charge with at least 48 hours' notice. Requests made with less than 48 hours' notice may not be eligible for rescheduling. Cancellations Cancellations made more than 48 hours before your appointment will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours of your appointment are non-refundable. If you do not attend your appointment without prior notice, the full treatment fee will be retained. Late Arrivals If you arrive late, your treatment time may need to be shortened to ensure appointments remain on schedule. The full treatment fee will still apply. Exceptional Circumstances I understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise. Where possible, exceptional situations will always be considered with kindness and discretion. Thank you for your understanding and for respecting the time reserved for your appointment.
