Treatment Description
Still is a deeply restful treatment created for anyone who finds it difficult to switch off, slow down or make space for themselves. You will begin lying comfortably on the treatment couch, fully clothed and supported with soft blankets, cushions and an eye pillow. The treatment starts with gentle breathing and a guided meditation, helping you settle into the moment, quieten mental noise and allow your body to soften. As the meditation continues, you will receive a slow and soothing scalp massage using gentle pressure, rhythmic movements and calming holds. The massage focuses on the scalp, temples, forehead, around the ears and the base of the skull, where tension is often held. You can choose to have your scalp massage with or without oil. An oil-free treatment is ideal if you would prefer to leave without needing to wash or restyle your hair. Alternatively, a small amount of nourishing oil can be used for a more luxurious scalp treatment. Please be aware that your hair may feel oily afterwards. The treatment is designed to feel nurturing, unhurried and deeply calming. There is no need to talk or do anything—simply listen, breathe and allow yourself to rest. The session finishes with a few quiet moments before you are gently guided back into the room. Still may be especially suited to those experiencing a busy mind, stress, tiredness or a general need for calm and uninterrupted rest.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy At Willow & Stone Wellness, all appointments are paid for in full at the time of booking to secure your chosen date and time. As each appointment is reserved exclusively for you, I kindly ask that you provide as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule. Rescheduling Appointments can be rescheduled free of charge with at least 48 hours' notice. Requests made with less than 48 hours' notice may not be eligible for rescheduling. Cancellations Cancellations made more than 48 hours before your appointment will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours of your appointment are non-refundable. If you do not attend your appointment without prior notice, the full treatment fee will be retained. Late Arrivals If you arrive late, your treatment time may need to be shortened to ensure appointments remain on schedule. The full treatment fee will still apply. Exceptional Circumstances I understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise. Where possible, exceptional situations will always be considered with kindness and discretion.
