Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

At Willow & Stone Wellness, all appointments are paid for in full at the time of booking to secure your chosen date and time.

As each appointment is reserved exclusively for you, I kindly ask that you provide as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule.

Rescheduling

• Appointments can be rescheduled free of charge with at least 48 hours' notice.

• Requests made with less than 48 hours' notice may not be eligible for rescheduling.

Cancellations

• Cancellations made more than 48 hours before your appointment will receive a full refund.

• Cancellations made within 48 hours of your appointment are non-refundable.

• If you do not attend your appointment without prior notice, the full treatment fee will be retained.

Late Arrivals

If you arrive late, your treatment time may need to be shortened to ensure appointments remain on schedule. The full treatment fee will still apply.

Exceptional Circumstances

I understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise. Where possible, exceptional situations will always be considered with kindness and discretion.
